Gina has always set her aspirations high, and motivates others through positive example. She has successfully brought the CJ’s concept into the forefront by choosing to place her career on hold, and returning home in 2009 to fulfill the dream into reality that is CJ’s Fate, The Clinic. Gina’s aspirations come from witnessing her own family’s struggle to balance a financial teeter-totter of finding affordable health care insurance and specialized care for her youngest sibling, Christopher John (CJ) for whom the Clinic will be named.
Starting out in her teen years as a hostess at PF Chang’s in Las Vegas, she quickly demonstrated her esteemed work ethic and rose rapidly through the ranks to find her self in management training roles with adult responsibilities. From there, she took a position at a fine dining establishment at Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas. It was there that she honed her interpersonal and communication skills by working closely with coworkers and guests. She eventually worked her way up within the Stations Casinos Company to work in group sales and convention planning. She became well versed in contracting, event scheduling, group-handling, and customer service relations and management.
During her time in Las Vegas, her longing to return to be with family in Tucson drove her decision to take her personal, family, business goals and dreams and make them reality. She risked everything that she had worked for to move home to build and develop CJ’s Fate. In coming full-circle, Gina was inspired to further her service skills by combining both business and family in founding, developing and building a specialized clinic concept (CJ’s Fate) to self insure, treat and educate Type 1 Diabetics and their families. (Type 1 Diabetes is also known as currently incurable – insulin dependent Juvenile Diabetes) The funding for building the initial clinic will be through a foundation (CJ’s Angels) and the ultimate goal is to drive both into fruition. In implementing a sound business plan for the development of CJ’s Fate and CJ’s Angels, she will build and use any and all economic resources, those of the foundation and CJ’s Fate Properties to responsibly build the clinic within the current economy’s challenging building parameters. She will aggressively seek out the most economical solutions available to create and build the finest medical structure and services to best serve and treat the families of Type 1 Diabetics.
Gina also started working as a partner in the family business – Procaccino Enterprises, LLC. And, has been a consultant in the area of construction design and development to sustain her income for the past three years while building the structure for CJ’s Fate and CJ’s Angels Foundation. She has an innate grasp of seeking out a need and connecting that need with a product or service and is able to accomplish this via networking and marketing inside the industry. This skill was discovered within, developed early and continues to grow through personal perseverance. Gina’s experience in business has always focused on the client first, the proper modes of conduct and the bottom line. She brings a sense of ownership and accountability to CJ’s Fate and is a tireless force behind driving the success of the organization.
